Klarheit Training is a professional and IT training provider based in Harare, Zimbabwe. We design and deliver programmes that give individuals and organisations the practical skills they need to perform better at work, whether that is in a classroom, live online, or through a private in house programme.
A training partner built on clarity
Klarheit was founded to close a simple gap: too much professional training is either too generic to be useful, or too academic to apply on Monday morning. We set out to build a catalogue of courses that speaks directly to what people actually need to do in their roles, explained clearly, by facilitators who have done the work themselves.
Today our catalogue spans business management, digital innovation, energy, engineering and technical disciplines, finance and investment, health, safety and security, operations and logistics, and sector-specific programmes for industries such as oil and gas, healthcare and the public sector. Every course is developed and reviewed to reflect current practice, not outdated theory.

Each programme is structured around clear objectives, a defined outline and practical outcomes, delivered through a mix of facilitation, discussion, case studies and applied exercises. Delegates are encouraged to bring real challenges from their own workplace into the room, so learning is grounded in context rather than abstraction.
