We want every delegate and every employer to know exactly what a Klarheit certificate means, and exactly what it does not claim to be. This page sets out our position clearly.
How we maintain quality and issue certificates
Four areas underpin the credibility of every Klarheit programme.
Certificate of completion
Every delegate who completes a Klarheit course receives a Klarheit Certificate of Completion, stating the course title, duration and dates attended. It confirms that training was completed, not a qualification from an external examining body.
Facilitator standards
Facilitators are selected for demonstrated subject expertise and current practical experience, and are briefed against a shared set of delivery standards before leading any Klarheit programme.
Materials review
Course outlines, workbooks and exercises are reviewed on a regular cycle so content reflects current tools, regulation and industry practice rather than static, outdated material.
Continuing professional development
Klarheit certificates record the hours and topics covered, so delegates can use them as supporting evidence within their own organisation's or professional body's continuing professional development records.
A plain statement on accreditation
Klarheit is a professional and IT training provider. We are not an examining body, and our courses are not accredited qualifications issued by a third party professional or regulatory institute unless a specific course explicitly states otherwise. Where a programme is designed to prepare delegates for an external certification exam, this is described as preparation, and the certification itself remains the responsibility of the relevant external body.
What we do guarantee is this: every course is planned against a written set of objectives, delivered by a facilitator briefed to our standards, and followed by a Klarheit Certificate of Completion confirming that the delegate attended and completed the programme. We believe that honest, well-defined claims about what our training delivers are more valuable, over time, than inflated ones.
